Project Coordinator - Rexel Capitol Light

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join the Rexel Capitol Light team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you are responsible for providing support for various departments. Duties include:
- The creation of custom product guides for our lamp replacement customers
- Assisting the billing team with invoicing as well as reconciling accounts
- Following up on outstanding orders with manufacturers and Account Managers
Requirements:
This position requires the following skills and/or experience:
- Data entry experience
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills, Excel experience preferred
- Solid organizational skills
